Younger Members

Maybe it is just me, but does anyone else wonder where the younger members are? Actually, is there even any younger members? I'm 15 and I've been keeping up with FriscoPride for awhile, but I'm somewhat scared to go to the CoffeeSocial things on Fridays because I don't know if there would be anyone there that I would be able to talk to.
Maybe there is someway we can get Middle and High School students to start participating and be apart of FriscoPride.
Well, I've just had that on my mind lately...

Younger Members

Hi Katie,

We're glad you found us! There is a wide age range of members, a few young and a few senior but most are in the middle. A FHS student is a member and regularly came to our coffees - he is now attending UTD. Come join us, even if you don't drink coffee, and I think you'll find we'll make an effort to include you.

Feel free to tell your friends (gay and straight) about our existence and invite them to join. You might also be interested to know about a group called Youth First, sponsored by CCGLA, which meets every Sunday.
